LEARNING SUPPORT PROGRAMME FOR CHILDREN WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES/ DIFFICULTIES

Learning Support Program is designed for children with learning difficulties and learning disabilities. We provide personalized remedial training and academic support to strengthen core skills like reading, writing, and reasoning. Each child receives individualized attention using structured and evidence-based methods. With early intervention and consistent guidance, children can build confidence, improve learning abilities, and achieve success both in school and in life.

Initial Screening

With parental consent, the psychologist evaluates the child’s communication, behaviour, and academic performance by reviewing progress reports and related materials.

IQ Testing

IQ tests are conducted to identify any intellectual difficulties. If the child’s IQ is found to be average or above, further steps and interventions will be planned accordingly.

Learning Disability Diagnosis

If a child with average or above-average IQ shows poor academic performance, a learning disability assessment will be conducted to identify specific learning challenges.

Parental Awareness

Awareness sessions help parents understand their child’s intellectual abilities, academic performance, and learning needs more effectively.

Comprehensive Intervention Programme

The Comprehensive Intervention Programme (CIP) is designed to support children with learning disabilities and behavioural challenges through a combination of remedial training and behavioural therapy.

Remedial Training

Remedial training is the most effective approach for managing learning disabilities. It helps students develop essential academic skills and achieve expected learning outcomes.

Behavioural Therapy

Behaviour therapy helps children manage their emotions and actions effectively. Psychologists guide them to understand their thoughts and feelings and develop positive skills to handle challenging situations.
