Sajna S Menon is the guiding force behind Small Wonders Early Intervention Centre, leading the organisation since its establishment in 2010. With advanced and authentic qualifications in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Yoga Therapy, Art Therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Inclusion, and Learning Disabilities, she brings a rare blend of expertise, intuition, and genuine compassion to her role.
Known for her deep understanding of child behaviour and emotional needs, Sajna has an exceptional ability to identify subtle developmental cues and guide families with clarity. Her approach is warm, child-centred, and rooted in the belief that every child has unique abilities waiting to be nurtured.
As Director, she oversees clinical programmes, mentors a multidisciplinary team, and ensures that each child receives personalized, evidence-based intervention. Her sessions are creative, engaging, and thoughtfully structured—helping children feel safe, connected, and confident while they learn and grow.
